Execution, adoption, and growth — not just go-live

I run implementations as both an operational and adoption problem — not just a configuration exercise. My focus is on sequencing work to reduce risk early, enable access quickly, and build post-launch momentum that supports long-term growth.

I partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure implementations don’t end at go-live. By aligning integrations, access models, and rollout strategy to business outcomes, I help position accounts for expansion once the foundation is stable.
